From Bangkok to Barcelona, pharmaceutical executive-turned-blogger Hitha Palepu is always on the jet, set go. Thanks to her aptly titled style blog, Hitha on the Go, it doesn’t take a ticket to catch up with what she’s doing, wearing, eating and loving. In time for holiday travels, we asked this globetrotter to share her secrets for getting there with style.
Can you describe what you do now? - I run business development for a pharmaceutical company and I’m the founder of the website and travel services company, Hitha On The Go. I also serve on the board of directors for the Tigerlily Foundation, a philanthropic organization aiming to treat, prevent and educate young women with breast cancer.
When do you feel your most confident? - When I close a deal, either at work or for the website. Nothing feels better!
What is something - big or small - that you’re proud of? I’m proud to be managing my pharmaceutical career and blog simultaneously. To be honest, I don’t think I could do one without the other. I need the technical challenge my job gives me with the creative outlet that my blog offers.
What color best describes you and why? The teal I use in my blog’s logo - it’s feminine, yet bold, bright and powerful.

Where is the first place in NYC you’d send a visitor and why? Eataly - it puts you in Madison Square - my favorite neighborhood in the city. Plus, you can spend hours wandering the food halls and restaurants.
